If it is your first time flying, NT Flight Training strongly recommends doing a trail instructional flight first.

Trail Instructional Flights start with a basic briefing on the principles of flight, and then your instructor will take you over the certain aspects of the aircraft.

Once the ground briefings are complete you will get hands on experience of flying a plane for yourself. This will give you a good grounding on what your training will be like and your time in the air will count toward your training hours.
